It is the main purpose of this gathering place to offer support to one another in any way we can. We all know what a tremendous strain it is to attempt to maintain a positive attitude while undergoing the worst of adversity. Some handle it very well, some not so well. Regardless of which group we fall into, what we undergo or underwent is pretty much universal, whether it be man or woman, boy or girl. Certainly the forms of cancer vary widely, however many of our feelings, our problems, our thoughts parallel one another much closer than the average person may think.

As we go through life, we learn of people who for one reason or another did not get a chance to live out all of their years. We may or may not know them, but to someone the loss is very deep. Whether by accident or through illness, the cause is not important. We have lost several from our group. We knew them as family. They each have amazing stories and possessed tremendous fight. Unfortunately it wasn't enough.
